Take Two for Friday

I don't even need to explain what this is. All I have to do is say it, and it'll become very apparent.

40 minutes of aerobic exercise 5 days a week.

Strength training, including intensive ab routine, 3 days a week.

An apple or applesauce before each meal.

Keep on with the milk.

I will be in better shape by April 15th.
