What a great kid! I love it when my kids say something like that without even being forced to. It almost makes me feel like I've been doing something right by them!

AW. I had almost that same "I want a sibling" conversation with my son when I was almost forty and remarried. I gave him the same spiel, "Well, even if I have one, you'll always be seven years older and the baby won't be fun to play with etc. etc." ThenI ended up having a baby. BE AFRAID. BE VERY AFRAID.

Sue: I love it when he jumps from A to B to Z in a conversation. The two dads thing has always cracked me up. *** Jane: I would be very afraid because we had DW sterilized a few years ago. There would be some awkward silence, incriminating stares, and genetic testing to mark the beginning of any pregnancy around here.

Thanks, you guys. He is really very cool. Very perceptive, I guess is what he is. Although he has not yet perceived the importance of using soap on a daily basis.
