Xanax is easy to get; it'll probably take you a ten minute phone call to your doctor. Anyway, thank god you're back. Now the rest of us can *stop* taking Xanax. Hee hee hee.

Merry Christmas! Sounds like fun, and the xanax isn't bad, but one usually puts me out like a light. Besides, one really shouldn't drink and xanax at the same time. A nice stiff margarita would work just as well, and you'd be on your feet a little longer. Of course, I had to take a xanax to deal with this Christmas too, but I think I'd rather have put up with your stress. It sounds a whole lot funner than mine.

SFK: Maybe I should do a Xanax test run first? I mean, if it's that easy to get.***Nancy: you definitely had a different kind of stress than I had. I had the stress of the mildly OCD having to contend with a lot of people who are WAY laid-backer than I am. I did have a full-blown anxiety attack.

What's a drug test run? Is that like when you dye your hair and they want you to test a little on your skin first (AS IF)? I don't think topically applied Xanax would do the trick, but then, I have to admit a personal preference for Valium. I'm traditional that way.

I mean, maybe I should keep one on hand, and see how it works for me. Work up a good head of anxiety steam, and see if it short-circuits the eruption, or if it knocks me out. Maybe I'll want some Valium instead. I JUST DON'T KNOW. I do know I don't want to be on Lexapro full-time.
